The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and dining area, living room, and service room with washer and dryer. One bedroom has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, the second has two single beds that can be merged, and the living room features a large L-shaped sofa that converts to a king bed (total capacity 6 guests). All amenities are provided, including towels, toiletries, cleaning and cooking supplies, coffee machine, dishwasher, washer/dryer, hairdryer, iron/board, microwave, oven, TVs in all rooms, and air conditioning. Parking is available under the building via elevator access.
Check-out is from 8–11 AM and check-in is from 3–9 PM. Smoking is not allowed inside (only on the terrace). Parties are not allowed, and commercial events are only possible upon request. Minimum check-in age is 18, but children of all ages are welcome, with cribs available on request. Pets are allowed only upon prior approval of the ‘Pet Policy’.
